the treatment

The treatment normally takes about 45-50 minutes, allowing an extra 10 minutes for the first treatment; this allows time for consultation and discussion.  You will then be asked to lie on the couch with you footwear removed.  I will work on your feet, concentrating on specific reflex points to stimulate healing in certain areas of your body.  As your energy flow is rebalanced, you will feel deeply relaxed and replenished.

My main aim is to create a relaxing and calming experience for my clients, I use beautiful aromatherapy oils to create an uplifting, nurturing atmosphere.  I want my clients to have a special and completely stress free treatment.  

I perform my treatments in a quite relaxing therapy room in SE23, which is a one minute walk from Forest Hill main line station.

Upon arrival you will be invited to complete a consultation form.  In order to enjoy your treatment to the full please communicate your specific expectations both before and during your treatment.  Please note I adhere to a prompt appointment schedule.
